Commuter Meal Plan
How It Works
- Two levels to choose from
- Charge it to your Bursar account
- 10 percent discount on prepared items at Food Services locations
- Accessed conveniently with your Penn State id+ Card
- Available for fall and spring semesters
The Commuter Meal Plan provides an option for off-campus students to enjoy the wide variety of food and beverage choices on campus. Only off-campus students enrolled for the upcoming semester are eligible for the plan.
Students living on campus are required to purchase the Campus Meal Plan.
Purchasing the Plan
The Commuter Meal Plan can be purchased at the eLiving website and charged directly to your Bursar account. Both undergraduate and graduate students are eligible for the Commuter Meal Plan. The plan can be added to your semester bill only until your bill is generated by the Bursar. Fall bills are prepared beginning in mid-July and spring bills in early November.
